stuff like this
It’s Sunday night, 7:43 PST, and this is a jump on the Monday post. The one you’re reading when and where it belongs – Monday.
I’m looking at the open windows at the top of the monitor screen. Left to right: Buddy Cushman – Art for Sale, fineartamerica; Buddy Cushman – Creating writings and drawings and paintings, Patreon; Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, where my 11th and soon-to-be-published, “It’s Like This – Stories”, is under Amazon review. I have seven pieces of my own art, my paintings, hanging in a San Diego city library a little over a mile away – paintings painted in this very little room, on a $29 easel purchased at Blick in Portland 12 plus years ago. Paintings painted since I moved into this lovely apartment in this lovely neighborhood of San Diego. With Ann. Sunday I finished my newest painting, nameless as of this typing, and an image of it will head to the art website today. Maybe on Facebook too. People do stuff like that. Like this.
There’s really no point here. Mostly I spend my time alone, except time with Ann. Mostly the things noted above take place when I’m alone, though I’m clear I’m only right here now with all this as the result of lots of help from lots of people. Decades worth of help.
I’m 75.
